Pu Vanlalfela, N. Vanlaiphai had received Rs 15000 from IWMP Scheme under Micro- Enterprise , he had started his business by practising and experimenting by himself earlier and because of his hard work and skill, he is recommended by PIA and Watershed Committee at N.Vanlaiphai to get benefit to meet his needs , he utilized the fund for renovation of his small scale industry at his Courtyard, he is blessed with an unique skill for gooseberry processing, he makes jam, candy, juice and powder out of wild gooseberry which trees are growing naturally around N.Vanlaiphai. He sells his products among local people and even exports to Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram.
He also generates income for rural poor as he purchases gooseberry collected by villagers.

Pu K.Rosangzuala, Mualcheng has chosen carpentry for his livelihood under IWMP Serchhip III, Micro Enterprise Scheme. He received a sum of Rs.15000/- and has taken up carpentry as his trait under the program. He had purchased necessary tools and equipments for his work, his service has benefited people of mualcheng village to get furniture at a cheaper rate and in return Pu Rosangzuala earned his living from his carpentry workshop. He and his family have benefited economically from IWMP
Mr. R. Lalchhandama, North vanlaiphai is the beneficiary of Micro Enterprise, Poultry Farming under IWMP Serchhip III. He has earned a profit of Rs 12000/- from his poultry farming till date. It has helped him in taking care of his ailing cancer wife and meeting the needs of his family.
Mrs. Lalhmangaihzuali, Khawlailung has taken up a trait of Poultry farming under IWMP Serchhip III, Micro Enterprise (2014- 2015). She has received Rs.15000/- which she utilizes for constructing chicken coop and buying chicken. She is presently rearing 15 chicks.
Mr. Lalmuankima, had been rearing two pigs, a trait which he had practiced under IWMP Serchhip III, Micro Enterprise. Piggery had become the livelihood option besides farming for their family. The family was provided multiple livelihoods by the Government through IWMP.
Mr. F. Lalremruata’s family is presently rearing five pigs in Chekawn village under IWMP Serchhip III, Micro Enterprise. With a start up fund of Rs.15000/-received from the program, the family wishes to have a sustainable livelihood.
Poultry farming was among the most common traits chosen by beneficiaries of IWMP Serchhip III, Micro Enterprise (2014-2015). Mr. HC. Rodingliana, North Vanlaiphai had been rearing 20 chicks under the program. The family got a chance to increase their monthly income from their poultry farming.

Mrs.V.L hmangaihzuali, Bawktlang was assisted under IWMP Serchhip III, Micro enterprise. She purchased a sewing machine and sewing accessories with the money she received under IWMP. With two differently abled daughters to look after, it is difficult to earn for her family outside the house but after what she had gained from IWMP, she will not only be able to look after her two daughters but also earn for her family as well.

Lungchhuan Village with a total household of has no barber shop earlier, Lalremruata who is beneficiary of IWMP Microenterprise has started his shop from assistance from IWMP, he received Rs 17500 and from that he constructed his shop at his courtyard and purchased necessary materials to start his business. He earned Rs 2000 every month and is very helpful for his family.

Most of the Villagers in Bawktlang Village and Lungchhuan are engaged in agricultural and horticultural activities, For their Daily work, they require agricultural tools which are mended locally by the Villagers themselves,There always is atleast one Blacksmith in a village in typical Mizo Village and is a necessity for the villagers, Pu Lalhlupuia who is blessed with skills for Blacksmithy had purchased necessary tools for Blacksmithy and earned money for his living and meets the need of Villagers. Lalhmuakthanga of Lungchhuan Village has around 30 customers and each of the curtomer paid him 300 rupees for one year hence he earned 9000 rupees from his regular customers , in addition to this, he also has many customers who utilises his service wekly from which he earns a good amount of income.
