Firstly, important books for SHG were distributed to all SHG’s with the cost of Rs. 200 before the function started, after introduction was given, our special quest, Mr. Nghaklianmawia CEO, MZSRLM Aizawl and Mr. CH. Thangkhuma State Mission Manager (Financial Inclusion) delivered a speech about the importance and the role of SHGs, importance of Primary Level Federation and for formation of PIP and at least 65% of households of the village should be included in the SHG.

Casting vote for Office Bearers (OB’s) of Primary Level Federation (PLF)              : Since only the President and Secretary of SHG’s can cast vote for the office bearers of Primary Level Federation, only 36 members cast their vote in this night. The election for the OB’s of Primary Level Federation was held under the guidance of Mr. CH Thangkhuma State Mission Manager (FI), the followings are elected for the office bearers of Primary Level Federation:

All the SHG’s under the Primary Level Federation need to submit Rs. 100 each to the Primary Level Federation per year, and the first PLF committee will be held on 27^th January 2014.
