YMA Library cum Recreational Hall was constructed under BADP 2010-11. Since the village is located far from the cities, students and adults could not get access to proper reading channels, since this the problem, YMA Library provide proper reading tools, specially books for the villagers, specially the students. And the hall can also be used for youth gatherings and other functions.

Scarcity of water is the main hardship encountered by the villagers throughout the year except during rainy season in this area i.e E.Lungdar RD block. No adequate water resources are available for the villagers especially during winter season. Therefore, water harvesting and construction of storage tank to collect water during rainy season is very important to solve the problem of the villagers.
With the assistance from Public Health engineering Department, N.Vanlaiphai Village has got water supply by Gravity Fed Scheme from two places at Hrangturzo tlang. However, that is limited to supply all the need of the villagers, hence, Construction of water reservoir under BADP (2011-2012) at three places in N.Vanlaiphai namely near Police Tlang ,near SDO(civil) quarters ,Supply tlang and near YMA information Centre ,Helipad tlang amounting to thirty lakhs (RS 30,00,000 .00) is very beneficial for the villagers. A sum of Rs 10 lakhs is utilized for each construction/reservoir.

Constn. of MTR from Falkawn Zau Point to Saphai Tiau Zau WRC, Phase-I, N.Vanlaiphai was proposed under BADP. Many farmers are having plantations like gingers, oranges, paddy and other plantations in the area. Therefore, construction of the road made transportation much easier even though we have not yet reached the target.

They need to be educated in order to develop their status and to compete with people. Therefore, to enhance their knowledge and to develop them through education , Construction of Library at Rahsi Veng N.Vanlaiphai Village was proposed. This Library serves as Knowledge resource Centre in the village and blessed many students as well as the villagers as a whole.

Zuva is a river that flows across a fertile agricultural land shared by N.Vanlaiphai, sailulak and Leng Village, N.Vanlaiphai and sailulak was not connected before construction of this mediuem Truckable Road, This road construction not only helps the villagers in treandportation of their harvest but also helps the people of different villages in Communication.

Contn. of MT road from Hmawngkaihkuah to Falkawnzau was already constructed under BADP in the year 2012-13. Since there are many farmers who have farms in Falkawnzau, Short cut route was very much in need, as such the problem, short cut route was constructed from Hmawngkaihkuah (upper road) which benefit the farmers in the area.

N. Vanlaiphai PHC was constructed in the year 1913 by British missionaries and was declared heritage by the Government of Mizoram. Apart from the heritage building of the PHC, a new Building is constructed from health department, GOM, and is providing health services to nearby villages such as, Lungkawlh, Bawktlang, Lungchhuan, Chekawn, there used to be emergency cases even at night. Keeping in view the need for electrification at the time of power failure and to save non-renewable sources of energy, solar based electrification has been proposed under BADP which serves for the benefit of both patients and doctors at night.
