The road construction of Mualcheng to Tuichang was started in the year 2010 and the total estimated cost is 151 lakhs, till now, Rs 56 lakhs was already utilized for construction. Tuichang is a famous river in the eastern site of Mizoram where many farmers have their WRC and vegetables plantation. Due to lack of road communication farmers could not benefit enough from their agro-Horticulture activities, When this construction is completed it is expected to benefit many farmers in the nearby villages.

Mualcheng village is a small village with 280 households, the play ground was constructed in the year 2010-2011 with an estimated cost of Rs 7, 00,000.00 and the area covers 100 x 60 meters wide. This playground enable the village youth to play and help them overcome social evils which is prevalent among modern youths, moreover, pavilion was constructed from EPA, IWMP following proposal from the villagers in 2013, and now the playground is very useful to organize local sport tournament, social gatherings and other social activities.

Construction of RCC Bazar shed at Mualcheng was carried out under BADP, This construction is useful for the people especially for the farmers. They are able to sell the produce to the villagers and even supply to other villages through sumo services and other transportation.
